Insurance is required for those using Park Home Ranch Venue for a private event. It is commonly called event insurance or one day insurance and it is a policy to cover liability during your event. Some homeowner insurance policies offer this coverage, or you can find many options by searching "event insurance" online.

The event insurance must clearly state it is providing coverage for host liquor liability for your event. You may remove host liquor liability insurance for alcohol-related occurrences if you will not have alcohol at your event.
